If you are receiving a high number of requests that are not relevant to your expertise, this is usually related to your Specialisations settings. Specialisations play an important role in request publication by customers.
To reduce irrelevant requests, navigate to Settings → My activities and review the specialisations that are currently assigned to your company. Make sure only the areas that accurately reflect your skills and experience are selected. If too many or overly broad specialisations are enabled, you may receive requests that fall outside your scope of work.
Keeping your specialisations up to date ensures that requests are better aligned with what you actually handle, allowing you to focus on tasks that matter most. This not only reduces noise and unnecessary notifications, but also improves overall efficiency and response quality within the system.
It is recommended to review your specialisations periodically, especially when your expertise changes or when you notice an increase in irrelevant requests. If you are unsure which specialisations to select, contact your Admin for guidance. Proper configuration helps create a smoother and more relevant user experience for everyone involved.
