The Human Resources list is automatically generated when you're account has been migrated to the new platform. The list based on all proposals that have been created in the system in the past.
This approach helps ensure consistency and reuse of existing data, making it easier to select previously used resources when creating new proposals. It also reduces manual data entry and minimizes the risk of duplicate records across proposals.
