A user end date determines until when a user has access to the system. Once the end date is reached, the user will no longer be able to log in. Only users with Admin permissions can update or remove a user’s end date (see the video below for the full process).
If you need to change your own end date, or if access needs to be extended, please contact an Admin within your organization. The Admin can update the end date or delete it entirely to restore ongoing access.
