It is important to distinguish between human resources and users. Human resources are the people you want to propose for a client request, while users are the employees of your company who need access to the platform to perform tasks such as viewing requests and submitting proposals. Managing human resources and users therefore happens in two different places on the platform:
In the ‘human resources’ menu on the left, you can manage and add human resources that you want to propose or have already proposed on a request from a client.
Managing users can be done via ‘settings’. You can only access this menu if you have the role ‘Admin’. In this menu, you will find the submenu ‘users’ where you can manage the users of your company.
