Removing a user
In the user datagrid on the right you find the action button (3 dots).
The action "remove" allows the administrator to remove a user of the company.
Keep in mind that this action is only available if the user is not linked to "active files".

Active files of a user are:

Requests with these properties:
- no request template
- state not 'closed', 'cancelled', 'denied' or 'finished
- requested by the user

Assignments with these properties:
- state not 'stopped' or 'cancelled'
- ower of the assignment is the user

Proposal with these properties:
- state not 'cancelled', 'selected', 'confirmed', 'rejected', 'assigned', 'no show', 'no show replaced'
- the proposal is linked to a request. The state of that request must be 'publised'
- is created by the user
When a user is removed:
- all notifications settings are removed
- all roles are removed
- all contact topics are removed
- the user state becomes 'deleted' and the record is anonymized
Once the last active user of a company is removed, the entire company becomes inactive.
Transfer active files
If a user has one or more active files, the action "remove" is not available and replaced by "Transfer files":
The "Transfer files" action is a feature to link a different user to active files. The application form shows a list of all active files of the user. Per active file a picklist is displayed that contains all other active users of the company.
As soon as all active files are linked to a different user, the option "Remove" will become available.
