The process to produce reliable statistics involves a few steps:

Mapping: When a client publishes a request, our system analyzes its content. The request is automatically mapped to a standardized job profile and a seniority level (0–5, 5–10, or 10+ years of experience). Data Processing: For the calculation, we look at all requests with the same profile from the past two years. To keep the statistics as accurate as possible, extreme outliers are automatically filtered from the dataset. Calculation and Update: The final insights you see are calculated based on this filtered dataset from across the entire platform. The statistics for a profile are recalculated whenever new data from closed requests becomes available, ensuring the insights remain relevant.
