Contact information on assignments
On an assignment's detail page, the 'Contact information' block shows the contact details of the customer and/or the service provider following up the assignment: name, address, telephone, email and website. The information shown depends on the customer's settings.
Mobile display
The platform is easier to use on smartphones and tablets. Data grids keep separate display preferences for mobile, buttons in pop-ups (for example when setting up MFA) remain fully visible, navigation buttons on detail pages are consistent, and switching context also works on mobile.
Human resources — unique reference
A human resource's reference is unique within the company, including inactive human resources. When creating or editing a human resource with a reference that is already in use, a message is shown. Each reference therefore points to a single human resource.
Proposals for a human resource who previously worked for the customer
When a proposal is created for a human resource who has previously worked for the same customer, the proposal, and any assignment resulting from it, is automatically linked to the existing record of that human resource at the customer. If the customer holds several records for the same human resource, the most recent one is used.
