The Requests dashboard gives you an at-a-glance overview of all your requests, their positions and the associated budget. Use it to track how many requests are running, how they are distributed and how long they stay in each step of the process.
All figures update automatically based on the filters you set on the right.
The key figures at the top
At the top you'll find four cards with the main totals:
- Requests — the number of requests made.
- Positions — the total number of requested positions (a request can contain several positions).
- Spent budget — the budget actually spent.
- Total budget — the total (estimated) value of the requests.
The widgets
- Total requests, positions and budget — the evolution of your requests, positions and budget over time.
- Breakdown per assignment type — how your positions are distributed across the different assignment types (e.g. Time & Material, Team, SOW).
- Requests over time — the number of requests per period. Use the buttons at the top of the widget to switch the perspective (ESCO, Job Template, Motive, Type).
- Average days in each request state — how many days a request spends on average in each state (Requested → First approved → Approved → Published → Closed). Useful to see where in the process the most time is lost.
- Breakdown per ESCO — the distribution of your positions across the ESCO job profiles.
- Request details by date and ESCO — a detail table showing, per period and ESCO profile, the number of requests, positions, the total value and the spent budget.
Filtering
The filter panel is on the right. You can filter on, among others, Date, Motive, Job Template, Department, ESCO, Assignment Type and Category. All widgets follow the selected filters automatically.
