The Proposals dashboard gives you an at-a-glance overview of the proposals (bids) suppliers submit for your requests: how many proposals come in, how far they progress through the process (longlist, shortlist, contract), how long each step takes, what rates are requested, and for what reasons proposals are rejected or selected.

All figures update automatically based on the filters you set on the right.

The widgets

• Funnel — the progression of your proposals through the process: submitted proposals, longlisted, shortlisted, and ultimately contracted.
• Waterfall — the average number of days between each step: from the request until a supplier starts a proposal, from starting until submitting that proposal, and from submission until the decision (rejection or selection).
• Job template breakdown — per job template: the number of proposals received and the requested positions.
• Department breakdown — the same, but per department.
• Supplier breakdown — the same, but per supplier.
• Price overview — the rates of your proposals over time, distinguishing between contracted and not contracted proposals.
• Decision reasons — the breakdown of the reasons why proposals are rejected or selected.

Filtering

The filter panel is on the right. You can filter on, among others, Date (based on the date the proposal was submitted, not the request's creation date), Motive, Job Template, Department, ESCO, Assignment Type and Category. All widgets follow the selected filters automatically.
