The Publications dashboard gives you an at-a-glance overview of which requests have been published, to which suppliers, and how many positions are involved. Use it to track how many requests go to the marketplace, how suppliers respond, and which suppliers are most active.
All figures update automatically based on the filters you set on the right.
The key figures at the top
At the top you'll find four cards with the main totals, for requests published for the first time within the chosen period:
- Published requests — the number of requests published for the first time.
- Amount of positions requested — the total number of positions in those requests.
- Marketplace requests — the number of those requests (also) published to the open marketplace, i.e. not only sent directly to specific suppliers or a supplier group.
- Suppliers — the number of suppliers who received at least one publication during this period.
The widgets
- Supplier breakdown — per supplier: the number of requests received, the number of positions requested in them, and the percentage relative to all requests/positions.
- Supplier group breakdown — the same, but totalled per supplier group instead of per individual supplier.
- Request breakdown — per request: the reference, the name, and the number of suppliers who received that request.
Filtering
The filter panel is on the right. You can filter on, among others, Publication date, Motive, Job Template, Department, ESCO, Assignment Type and Category. Note: the date filter here is based on the publication date, not the creation date of the request itself. All widgets follow the selected filters automatically.
